Baking Soda Zine, July 2023 to present

  • Directed and curated content for a self-initiated magazine, receiving funding 2 years in a row, overseeing everything from concept to execution. Organising and managing photoshoots, coordinating accessories, models, hair styling and makeup.

  • Led the research, design, and direction of photoshoots, both independently and in collaboration with others.

  • Built and nurtured a vibrant student community across multiple courses at UAL and other universities across the country.

  • Planned and executed a successful launch event for 50 guests, securing funding and space through grant applications.

Design and Install Assistant

Work Experience for Rhea Thierstein, on projects for clients: Selfridges, The Guardian, Creed, September - December 2024, May - June 2025

  • Supported the setup at the Painted Hall, Royal Naval College, overseeing table displays and preparing the set pieces and venue to welcome high-profile guests

  • Assisted on the Guardian’s Christmas Lifestyle cover shoot, contributing to the still-life photography setup and helping refine options to align with the editor’s brief

  • The making and installation of Selfridges Oxford Street’s Christmas window display. This involved handcrafting ornaments to meet a detailed brief, performing consistent quality checks, completing the window installation, and conducting a final inspection before the public reveal

Design Assistant 

Work Experience for James Perkins at The Lyric Hammersmith and Hampstead Theatre, November 2024

  • Collaborated with the costume and props departments at the Lyric Hammersmith for the Aladdin pantomime, contributing to set and prop painting, altering and embellishing wigs and costumes.

  • Conducted research, prepared analysis documents, and created summaries for upcoming productions at the Lyric and Hampstead Theatre.
